1. set JAVA_HOME to PIT build (check for JAVA VERSION)
2. set JT_HOME to latest jtreg
3. go to the testcase directory
4. execute touch TEST.ROOT
5. run the command $JT_HOME/linux/bin/jtreg -m -v .

The instruction tells
Maximized the frame window. Check that the right and bottom edges of the
window are not off the edge of the screen. If they are not the test is successful and the bug is fixed.
