Bug Description:

The JavaWebstart "Java JNLP Application Viewer" Window when invoked from command prompt from opens in left most corner of the screen both in Solaris and Window ,this happens from beta2 ,in beta it open in center of the screen.

Any build from beta2 to latest build b57.

Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1. Install latest JRE and start JavaWebstart.

Check the "Java JNLP Application Window" ,it will appear in leftmost corner of the screen.
