Fix 4614956 is failing on Solaris 9 both sparc and x86 for 1.4.2_06-b01 but passes for Solaris8 sparc both 64/32 bit JDK.

To Reproduce:

1.Please run the following testcase using JTreg

/net/shiva.sfbay/test/MyTestArea/JDK1.4.2/workspace_142/test/CTE_REGTEST/Generic/4614956/

The README says if core file is not generated test case is passed, here the core file is not being generated still test case is failing.
