Using Cinnabar 13 on Linux

- Enable the Low Contrast Theme
- From the Launch Menu, navigate to Applications->Internet

Notice that the icon for 'Java Webstart' does not change to match this accessible theme. There should be icons in place for the following themes:

Low Contrast
High Contrast
High Contrast Inverse

The same icon is also used for:
 Online Update (Applications->Utilities)
 Java (Preferences->Desktop Preferences)
