Reproduce Steps:
1. On Cinnabar14 for Solaris(x86 and sparc), j2sdk1.5.0-beta3-b58, Solaris10-63
2. On terminal, execute "jgraphpad"
3. New a file, and select text tool. Switch input method as Chinese method and input any word.
4. But the display is not chinese character. As show in the snapshot in attachment.
