      Bug Description:
      ----------------

In "Temporary File Setting" windows there are two buttons ("View Applications.." and View Applets..) the tool tip for this 2 buttons are
"View Temporary files created by JavaWebstart Applications" and View Temporary file Created by Java Applet" but when user clicks the on the button "View Application" it open "Java Application Cache Viewer"

The "Java Application Cache Viewer" window is to display the installed jnlp applications which is not temp files created by Java Web Start application and this window also have lot of other features which is use full to user so this tool tip is misleading the user.

The tool tip which exist now is something similar to viewing the temporary Internet files cached in I.E. browser which is not correct this apply for Java Applet tooltip also.

      Jdk-Info:
      ---------
      java version "1.5.0-beta3"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.5.0-beta3-b58)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.5.0-beta3-b58, mixed mode, sharing)

      Steps to reproduce:
      -------------------
      1. Install jre1.5.0 b58 on testing P.C
      2. Invoke JavaContolPanel (jre1.5.0/bin/ControlPanel)
      3. Click "Setting" button in General Tab.
      4. Place the mouse pointer on "View Applications.." and "View Applets.." button

check the tooltips displayed for this two buttons, which is not related to the actions or the window displayed after clicking the button.
