This can probably be done at the next release.

Jason Zhou asked that the copyright notices on the stubs be updated
to reflect the majority of the J2SE workspace.

Should be pretty straightforward.

I believe it is just the (c) that needs to be removed. At this point,
you should regenerate the stubs from the JCE and JSSE workspaces.

Be careful to freeze the version numbers from the JCE/JSSE
workspace, not the j2se workspace.
