Japanese translation for "Input Method" is inconsistent. I see
  - Katakana notation ("inputtomesoddo")
in official documents (e.g. Java API doc) and see
  - translated text ("nyuuryokuhousiki")
in the Input Method Selection menu in Java.

This is confusing for users.
I think that the katakana notation is common in Japan and "nyuuryokuhousiki"
should be replaced with "inputtomesoddo".

Now I noticed that "nyuuryokuhousiki" is used also in API doc.
It appears that "InputMethod" is translated to "inputtomesoddo" and
"input method" to "nuryokuhousiki".
But is such a distinction really necessary? Is the distionction convenient when
you read translated documents which includes both of them or when you
translated documents yourself? They are confusing/weird at least for me.

I have to admit that my guess

I found a document (I18N FAQ) where "input method" was translated to
 "inputtomesoddo" in it. Really inconsistent.... :-(
