What would be really nice is an option in JNLP to merge all security dialogs into one initial dialog. This would probably only work with jars that were downloaded eagerly - lazy download jars would display their own security dialog when they are downloaded. I doubt changes would be needed to the actual JNLP spec for this (unless we wanted to make the combined dialog optional), a particular JNLP implementation should be able to make this work without any extra information.
