Steps to reproduce:
1. Open SwingSet2 demo and goto tab of FileChooser.
2. Under GTK L&F, open FileChooser.
Obeserve the Delete and Rename buttons.
Delete button is disabled.
Rename is enabled. There is no file selected initially so nothing happens on cliking on rename button.
Select any file. Delete button is still disabled.
Expected behaviour as in native
1.When filechooser opens up there are no files selected. Hence delete and rename buttons are disabled.
2. When any file is selected the delete and rename buttons are enabled.
