When the J2SE framed view appears, it takes 3 seconds or so for
the "All Classes" list to appear. This delay could be eliminated by
having an option that displays a single left-hand frame instead of
the two current left-hand frames. Users of large API would use this option.

We could initially show only All Packages in a single left frame, then one
would click "All Classes" to replace that list with the classes.
