step to reproduce:

1. run ControlPanel and click Advanced Tab(localized).
2. expand debugging(localized) and stay mouse arrow to following items, then tag will pops up as tiny window for each items.
3. Goto "Show applet lifecycle exception"(localized) item.
4. The pop up message size show twice bigger than normal.

Test Platform : IA10, Solaris 9, Solaris 10, Window Xp, RedHat2.1, RedHat3.0
It happened all platforms.
