      GIF native image metadata specification missing holder for Plain Text Data.
      The Plain Text Extension of GIF 89a includes Plain Text Data sub-blocks. The javax_imageio_gif_image_1.0 native image metadata DTD specification however does not provide any means to represent these sub-blocks. It includes attributes for the text grid, character cell dimensions, and the text background color, but an attribute for the text data sub-blocks is missing.
