"I find the MouseWheelEvent JavaDoc confusing: It says that getScrollAmount() returns the number of units that should be scrolled for the event - but that doesn't seem to be correct if you consider that getUnitsToScroll also takes into consideration the rotation. I think the doc needs to be beefed up."
