Hi,
there seem to be a bug with non US clients that use the RowSetImplementation. It causes the RowSet Implementation to crash if one tries to create an instance of ChachedRowSet because it doesn't find the required resource bundle other than the US resource bundle. I didn't find a bug in the bug database yet so I thought I let you know. We are writing an open source JDBC driver that tunnels SQL requests over HTTPS using the RowSetImplementation. We will advise our users to install an older version until this bug is fixed. Please let me know a place where i can check for bugfixes.
