On Windows there are many Windows data types that use the same MIME
data type but use different commands to open/edit the data. The
correct command is chosen based on the filename extension.
CommandMap needs getCommand methods that include additional information,
such as the DataSource, from which the filename extension can be determined.
DataHandler should use these methods when created with a DataSource.
