A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
When you try to use codepage 437 ("cp437") in J2RE after "typical install" you get a "codepage not supported: cp437" exception.
Re-installing with support for "non european languages" cures the problem.
REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
