Steps to reproduce
==================
1. Install jdk1.5.0 build 63
2. Launch HtmlConverter from bin folder.
3. Go to Edit->Options
4. Copy the urls mentioned in "Specify Source Location for ActiveX CAB file"
and "Specify source location of Netscape SmartUpdate"
and try to launch them from the browser. They will give page not found error.
5. Go to Help->Help
At the bottom of the help, the following url is specified :
http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.5.0-rc/docs/guide/plugin/developer_guide/html_converter_more.html
This url will give page not found error.
The link provided in beta2 is also not working
