AWTPermission "fullScreenExclusive" is missing in GraphicsDevice.setFullScreenWindow

      According to the AWTPermission class description, the "fullScreenExclusive"
      permission should be checked when entering the full-screen exclusive mode.
      However, GraphicsDevice.setFullScreenWindow(Window) has no mention of this
      permission.
