Following test:
sun/management/HotspotRuntimeMBean/GetTotalSafepointTime.java
fails on ia64 machine with total safepoint time as 0 ms.
Looks like the time safepoint time incremented in previous
fix for bug 4980752 is not sufficient.

A similar problem has been seen with the following test:
sun/management/HotspotRuntimeMBean/GetSafepointSyncTime.java
Here is the nightly analysis entry:
New MM_REGRESSION failures (from 2004.09.21)
* sun/management/HotspotRuntimeMBean/GetSafepointSyncTime.java
This test failed due to an invalid safepoint time on Linux AMD64
Server VM.
