      Bug Description:
      ----------------
"Java Application Cache Viewer" is no displaying the correct cached entries when when shifted between User and System tab.

      Jdk-Info:
      ---------
      java version "1.6.0-beta"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.6.0-beta-b01)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.6.0-beta-b01, mixed mode)

      reproducible in tiger RC also.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      -------------------
      1. System Import notepad.jnlp from (java -import -system http://java.sun.com/products/javawebstart/apps/notepad.jnlp)
      2. Launch "Java Application Cache Viewer" by default the view will be in "All" mode.
      3. Nothing will be displayed in "User" tab , now select "Libraries" menu item from "View" menu.
      4. Click "System" tab notepad application will be displayed but the label still will be "Libraries".

When User selects System or User tab before displaying the cached entries it should check for what View is set currently according to that it should list the cached entries.

I have attached snapshot which display's an application in System cache but the label display's "libraries"
