ALT+O not working properly when ALT pressed couple of times without releasing O key.
Steps to reproduce:

1) Open SwingSet2 and Change the Look and feel to Windows.
2) Goto FileChooser Demo and Click on "Show Preview JFileChooser"
3) Press Alt+O. Dont release any key. Keep both the keys pressed.
4) Now Release Alt key. Dont release O key.
5) Now type alt key coupls of times. May be five-six times.
6) Now release both the keys.
7) Notice the Open Button. It is in Pressed state.
8) Now press Enter or space, you will see a title bar popup.
