legacy life cycle applets fail to reload

OS - Win 32 platforms
Browser - IE6.0

Steps to reproduce -

1) Install jdk1.6.0 in the local machine
2) Invoke the IE browser

3) Execute the legacy life cycle applets for the following location :

http://sqeweb/deployment1/deployment_tiger_exec_ws/deployment/tests/applet_lifecycle/applethtml/

Try to run any of the following links -

alc04_legacy.html
alc05_legacy.html
alc07_legacy.html
alc08_legacy.html

The applet loads fine.

4) Click on Refresh button in the browser, and the applet fails to reload

5) Go back and forth in the browser, and the applet does not load

This problem is only seen on IE browser, the applets work fine on Mozilla browser
