[Metropolis17c] On Metropolis17c and Cinnabar17b,webstart can't open swingset2.j

      Reproduce Steps:
      1. On Metropolis17c, j2sdk1.4.2_05-b04; Cinnabar17b for x86, j2sdk1.5.0-beta3-b62
      2. Launching http://baseman.prc.sun.com/new-feature/Jnlp/index.htm
      3. Select "The SwingSet Demo" and "A Simple NotePad", java web start download process failed.
      4. But on Cinnabar17b for sparc, no such error.
