Steps to Reproduce:-
---------------------
1. Set JAVA_HOME to build specified.
2. Compile and run the attached Test.java
3. Click on the spinner arrow buttons. You can see the arrow buttons are enabled/disabled when it reaches maximum/minimum value in other themes but not in bluecurve. This is default theme in LinuxAS.
Expected Behaviour :-
----------------------
JSpinner buttons should get enabled/disabled when the value reaches minimum/maximum.
Actual Behaviour :-
--------------------
JSpinner buttons are not getting disabled when the value reaches Maximum/Minimum.
