Steps to Reproduce:-
---------------------
1. Set JAVA_HOME to build specified.
2. Compile and run the attached Test.java
3. Click on the spinner arrow buttons. You can see the arrow buttons are enabled/disabled when it reaches maximum/minimum value. Now open native Spinner (preferences/Accessibility). Now compare the disable arrow button in java with native. This disable arrow button is completely different. Please refer to the attached image.
Expected Behaviour :-

Disabled JSpinner buttons should look like native buttons.
Actual Behaviour :-
--------------------
But disabled JSpinner buttons has a white.
