Transition to a "Swing 2" with floating point coordinates and sizes.

A DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUEST :
Swing/AWT does everything in ints. This is anachronistic now that everything can be antialiased. Someday, an incompatible Swing2 should replace Swing. Among other improvements, it should have floating point coordinates and sizes. Apple's Cocoa environment does this, and it's not a problem; in fact, it's great.

JUSTIFICATION :
Now that we have antialiasing, floating point allows exact positioning and sizing.
