After lunching up "SwingSet2" demo program, press "Shift-F10" would display
a popup menu.
"Macintosh Look & Feel" is still visible from the popup menu although it's
already disabled.
To be consistent, it would nice to remove it since the "Look & Feel"
pull down menu doesn't have this entry.
