Duplicate file pathnames exist for the following packages. This is in
violation of PSARC 1991/061, found in
http://sac.eng/shared/sac/PSARC/1991/061/spec.txt:

     Each component of the system can appear in only one package.
        
As specified in the case, exceptions must be granted:
        
     The ARCs recognize that this rule can not be expected to cover all
     situations, and that exceptions will have to be made occasionally.
     Several common cases that would justify exceptions have been described
     [in the spec]. Exceptions are only granted via the ARC review process.
