A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
There is mistranslation in Japanese API Document.
 Class Name : java.math.BigDecimal
 Field Name: ROUND_HALF_UP

Original English document says;
"Note that this is the rounding mode that most of us were tought in grade school."

but in Japanese document;
"Note that this is the rounding-up mode that most of us were tought in grade school."
