STEPS TO REPRODUCE :-
----------------------
1. Run SwingSet2 Demo.
2. Switch to JInternalFrame Demo.
3. Switch to GTK LookAndFeel
4. Select a InternalFrame.
5. Now press CTRL + Space and see that system menu is poped up.
6. Now switch to Motif LookAndFeel
7. After switching to Motif LookAndFeel press CTRL + Space and see that the system menu is not poped up.
8. This happens in all look and feels and that too when the look and feel is switched from other look and feel.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR :-

System menu popup should be should be shown always whenever CTRL + space is pressed.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOUR :-

When look and feel is changed the system popup menu is not shown.
