Steps to reproduce:
Installed cinnabar_19 ISO images.

Launch -> Preferences -> Java Control panel is missing

Missing as per the latest spec.

Note: This is a link to /usr/javar/jdk1.5.0/jre/bin/ControlPanel. This
can be directly executed from the terminal, but the menu item for the
same is missing.
