update the LICENSE.pre and LICENSE.rtf.pre in the j2se wrokspace for jdk

      We are planning to start the snapshot release for mustang. We have 5.0 license files for both jdk and jre bundles in the workspace, but we only release jdk bundles through snapshots.

      Please update the jdk LICENSE.pre and LICENSE.rtf.pre files in the j2se workspace.
