When after many right clicks to make an AWT popup menu appear under CDE, the popup finally disappears. This scenario sometimes ends with a complete freeze of the GUI.
A sample in attachment demonstrates the missing repaint problem. To run the sample just execute the MainWindows class: "java MainWindows".
I am currently working on setting up a samples that demonstrates the second problem.
Thanks for you support.
Thierry.

Hello,
Could you reproduce the first problem (i.e. PopUp not appearing on right click) with the attached sample?
Also, the problem is not reproduce with the same J2SE release on AIX from IBM.
Do we have any chance to get access to IBM sources and fixes?
Thanks for your support.
Thierry.

Hello,
I have installed the ISV application on the SWAN so that problems
can be reproduced.
To run the application connect to albertine.france through ftp
anonymous and download the 3DCom.tar.gz file localted in /pub.
Extract the tar ball. You should now have a 3DCom directory.
cd in this directory and run the startPortal.sh script:
1) A login window appears. Connect with the username "3dcom"
and the password "3dcom"
2) The application window appears, with a column of icons on
the right-hand side. Click on the third icon from the top (it
represents a folder with a magnifier). A new file tree appears
to the right of the icons
3) Expend the "Remote file bookmark" by clicking on its plus sign:
a new folder appears (home/disk1/3DComV5R12/3dcom). Expend this
folder
4) Now you have a set of .CATPart and .model files in the file tree
5) If you left-click on one of the file it becomes hilighted in red.
If you right-click on it, a popup menu should appear, but sometimes
the popup does not appear (i.e. it appears and immediatly
disappear)
The application is looking for JAVA under /usr/java.
The problem is reproduced with JAVA 1.3.1_13-b03
Thanks for your support,
Thierry.
