This bug occurs with the Java Plug-in and Simplified Chinese.

1) Using the J2SE v1.4.2_04 plug-in, run the Sun/Java SwingSet2 applet-based demo.
2) In the default SwingSet2 Frames Demo tab click in the text field on the right for Frame Title.
3) Select the Chinese (Simplified) QuanPin Windows Input Locale from Regional Options.
4) Using the same browser session, run the testcase again i.e., push the "Refresh" button. Repeat step 2.

RESULT:
The following exception is generated. Interestingly, you can still input Simplified Chinese text despite the exception.
