A DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUEST :
Java Web Start should download an application's resources (jars, nativelib jars, icon images, etc.) at the same time, instead of one at a time.
JUSTIFICATION :
The download process would not take as long in many cases, especially when resources for the application hosted on different servers.
