The javac manpage and webpages

documents a -cldc1.0 option which doesn't exist. However, the option
-target cldc1.0 exists.

Please document -target cldc1.0 and remove -cldc1.0. The existing
documentation for -cldc1.0 can be used for documenting -target cldc1.0
but should probably be modified to use the same style as the other
-target options.
