When the JNLP is examined for the shortcut section it creates the shortcut on the Windows desktop, but the name of the shortcut is shortened when the title is long.

EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
  To have a shortcut with the same name as the title element of the JNLP file
ACTUAL -
The name of the shortcut is shorter.

No error message
