I have a frame with a List. I have set one of the items as selected programmatically before the list is shown to the user. Once the frame comes up, I am double clicking the mouse on the already selected item and I expect the list to trigger an ActionEvent. But it does not trigger in case of XToolkit. But it works fine when I double-click some other item. This is seen only when the frame comes up initially and the user double clicking on the programmatically selected item.

This is not reproducible on win32. This is reproducible on Solaris/Linux with XToolkit. Not reprodcubile on Motif.

I have attached a sample test. Execute the sample test on XToolkit. You would see a frame with a List. Item 'Mohan' will be shown as selected. Now double click on the same item. If you don't see any action event on the console, the bug is reproduced.
