A DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUEST :
The JNLP DTD is not available online anywhere officially. Originally I thought the bug at http://bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=4404764 would cause it to be posted somewhere, but instead that bug was fixed by removing the URL from the spec. So, this request is for the JNLP DTD to be posted somewhere officially.
JUSTIFICATION :
Currently anyone who wants to use the JNLP DTD must copy and paste their own out of the spec PDF, fix the syntax error on the last line, and save it to a local file to be used that way.
