      ADDITIONAL OS VERSION INFORMATION :
      Windows 2000

      EXTRA RELEVANT SYSTEM CONFIGURATION :
      Dual head Matrox graphics card with each screen set to two different resolutions. Makes two different GraphicsDevices

      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      When loading an application with a self-signed certificate, the warning dialog is mostly off the top-left of the screen. Only the "No" and "Always" buttons are showing.

      STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
      Load any JWS app that is selfsigned and asks for all permissions.

      EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
      EXPECTED -
      The security warning dialog should appear in the centre of one of my screens.
      ACTUAL -
      The security warning appear mostly off the top left of the screen.

      REPRODUCIBILITY :
      This bug can be reproduced always.

      CUSTOMER SUBMITTED WORKAROUND :
      On Windows. Press Alt-Space, followed by down arrow. Then move the window using the mouse. Not really possible for norrmal users.
