Java Webstart incremental update fails with java.util.ZipException: error in opening zip file.
This error seems to happen more or less randomly.
The more jardiffs are requested during a jnlp resources download the more
likely it is.
Tested environment:
Windows XP
Java Webstart 1.5 JRE 1.5
java Webstart 1.0.1 JRE 1.3.1_13
