A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
I downloaded 1.4.2_05. I unziped src.zip and looked at the code in launcher. java_md.h include manifest_info.h. BUT, manifest _info.h is not there, or anywhere!

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
Unzip src.zip

EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
files included by files in src/launcher should be available, somewhere.
ACTUAL -
Cannot find manifest_info.h anywhere

REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
