Volanotest fails on windows2000 server with 1.3.1_14
An exception_access violation occurs.

QA has exit criteria of 24hrs for bigapps on windows with 1.3.1 updates.
The failure has been seen at random intervals. One occurs after ~34 hrs
another after ~24hrs.

The failure is seen on 1.3.1_13 also.
failure seen with the hotspot/client jvm.
