Unable to invoke javaws on unix platform, it's throwing UnsatisfiedLinkError

      Description:
      Tested_Java_Release : 1.6.0
      Tested_bundles_Location : /net/dig-dug.east/bigtmp/deployment/1.6.0/nightly
      Tested_Machine_Name : mossad,kgb,highlight,nathan
      Effected O/S : Solaris10/redhat ADS

      Problem description:
      Install JRE from the above mentioned location on solaris/linux.
      Invoke <jre_home>/bin/javaws
      "Error-Java" pop-up is there with following detailed message:

      java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: init
      at com.sun.deploy.net.proxy.MSystemProxyHandler.init(Native Method)
      at com.sun.deploy.net.proxy.MSystemProxyHandler.<clinit>(Unknown Source)
      at com.sun.deploy.services.MPlatformService.getSystemProxyHandler(Unknown Source)
      at com.sun.deploy.net.proxy.DynamicProxyManager.reset(Unknown Source)
      at com.sun.deploy.net.proxy.DeployProxySelector.reset(Unknown Source)
      at com.sun.javaws.Main.initializeExecutionEnvironment(Unknown Source)
      at com.sun.javaws.Main.continueInSecureThread(Unknown Source)
      at com.sun.javaws.Main$1.run(Unknown Source)
      at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source)

      On windows it's working fine and with Promoted builds it's working fine on all platforms
