We are trying to reduce the amount of dialogs from the java.com getjava experience and other experiences as well. At the end of the install from getjava, the user sees the "installation completed" msi dialog. Then they click on finish and see applet which says "contratulations, you have java...". There is no need to tell them 2 times. We should have an argument that we can pass to the installer that will just skip the last dialog, and go straight to loading the applet.
