The date in the COPYRIGHT file that comes with the jdk is incorrect. It is 2004 should be 2005

The tech pubs dept. doesn't update the COPYRIGHT file.
Joann tells me that Release Engineering updates this file.
So removing myself as responsible engineer.
Also, I notice this bug is targeted for 1.4.2_08 -- if that's
true, the description should be
