      A DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUEST :

      * More JNLP options on when and how to update remote and offline applications.

      I consider this vague but there may be options such as how often to check, (once a week, once a month, etc) along with alternative file locations, etc. Please follow the thread link below as this originated from a community discussion.
