testcase for 4664556 fails/times out.

      testcase CTE_REGTEST/Generic/4664556/Test4664556.sh fails.
      Seen on RHEL 3.0 box.

      Script recently updated due to new jni check features.

      The problem seems to be an infinite loop in the script due to it calling the jnialloc program.
      no kill commands are present in the script to kill the first test
      that is run. kill commands exists for the 2nd test that is run.

      Running the test manually, the bug fix looks ok.
