LookAndFeel.makeIcon should return ImageIcon

      A DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUEST :
      The method "LookAndFeel.makeIcon" should return ImageIconResource, because the method "AbstractButton.getDisabledIcon" use ImageIcon to create disabled icon.

      JUSTIFICATION :
      If cannot return ImageIcon, the disabled feature of AbstractButton cannot work.
